We live in a time where any criticism, disagreement, or disapproval is taken as “judgement.”
The biblical theme of judgement suggests a finality, a condemnation. On the other hand, the Bible also uses other words like “rebuke” and “correction” – these are very different, because they suggest a desire for someone’s restoration or improvement.
